My journey began with the nuts and bolts of hospitality technology—setting up networks, managing PMS systems, and tackling day-to-day IT challenges. This hands-on experience gave me a deep understanding of the operational backbone of resorts, laying the groundwork for my later focus on digital marketing.

I transitioned from troubleshooting technical issues to developing strategies that enhance guest experiences and drive revenue online. By launching custom booking engines and crafting targeted digital campaigns, I’ve been responsible for generating hundreds of millions of dollars in annual online bookings for multiple properties, proving the power of blending technology with strategic digital marketing.
